Evidence and scope
The Characters API and individual community instrument articles were checked on October 19, 2026. The Characters page supports Grove roles; Deepchord names Pell and Magus' Requiem names Iblis. A separate C-tier Marcus article exists, so absence from one character table is not proof he does not exist.
What the sources say
Leo gives the lute. Halden gives the Ocarina quest. Fenna is tied to the trials and the Mantle. Pell is Bluestone. Iblis is Sanctum Magus.
Jane and Julian are both named as Grove sellers. Read the sign in your server.
BrutuxYT's marked-stones video at 02:14 shows Talk / Odin in the red-cloth alcove beside a note-bearing wall. This establishes a named character in that footage, not an Azurine-versus-Senna reward branch.

Sorin and other unresolved character queries
Sorin's Respite and Sorin's Last Verse are documented names, and a Lotus Hymn article attributes a line to Sorin. None of those establishes a current NPC location or dialogue route. There is no standalone Sorin walkthrough here.
The October 12 All Things How quest list places Marcus with The Pile in the Cavern section and reports twenty Fungstones. His detail page gives that task without invented coordinates. The same report names A Message for Odin, but does not establish an Odin-or-Senna Azurine reward branch.
FAQ
Is the dialogue quoted from the game?
No. Dialogue lines were not copied. Locations are community notes unless a badge names the person.
