Index is the word both the badges and players use. Grovewalker, Quarryhand, Keeper of the Garden, Archivist, and Treeline Wanderer are the five zone-completion badges.

Evidence and scope
I lined the badge names up against the INDEX page groups. They match: Songkeeper's Grove, Bluestone Caverns, Sorin's Respite, Sanctum Magus, Tall Trees. The INDEX page had frequency rows for the first four areas and only a heading for Tall Trees, so I left that table blank.
Six databases
Start at the database that matches your question. A creature page is not an item page, even when the names look alike. Gloombell is a Scroom. The Mantle is a quest reward, not a creature.
- Scroomdex: names and Hz ranges.
- Instruments: price or quest, plus stat conflicts.
- Items, NPCs, locations, and quests: only entries with a named source.
