Evidence and scope

I kept the Deepchord entry only where a badge or the instrument table named it. I did not fill blank stat cells with neighboring instruments.

Reported prerequisites and purchase

The individual Deepchord article asks for a completed Bluestone Caverns Index and approximately level 40 before Pell's quest. It then describes six musical-note rocks, a return to Pell, and five to seven increasingly difficult memory matches.

Opening the altar grants purchase access, not a free instrument: the cited price is 16,000 Chimes. The badge confirms obtaining Deepchord but does not certify these steps or the approximate level gate.

  1. Check Pell's current prerequisite prompt.
  2. Find the six note-bearing rocks in Bluestone Caverns.
  3. Return to Pell and repeat the displayed memory patterns.
  4. After the altar opens, inspect the 16,000-Chime purchase panel.

FAQ

Is the Deepchord required?

Only if a badge or a later quest names it. Otherwise it is a choice.
